Lead & Enterprise Agile Coach at Reaktor, Certified Coach
Lead & Enterprise Agile Coach atReaktor
Background: I grew up in China, and speak 5 languages (English, Swedish, Finnish, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese) and have lived in 6 countries. I am a certified brain-based coach, certified in LeSS, SAFe, Certified Agile leadership, and Scrum (SM and PO) as well as Sociocracy 3.0. My first scrum project was in 2008, and since been building and facilitating change in teams, departments and organisations.
My philosophy as a coach: Modern leadership is about creating an environment where people are inspired to work together toward shared goals. It’s rooted in teamwork, psychology, and today’s product and software development standards.
To create lasting change, we need more than strategies—we need real commitment.
1. Aligning around a clear, shared direction
2. Eliminating incentives that promote sub-optimization
3. Fostering a culture of psychological safety, where people feel safe to speak up, work together, take risks, and grow
This is how we shape organizations where people—and outcomes—thrive. Outcomes of my work: - Shorter lead times getting products/services out into the market. - Happier and motivated employees. - Improved quality and speed through doing the right things. - Longer careers through improved working environment and learning - Leaders and leadership teams have improved ways of working, clearer communication and an understanding of what is really going on in the organisation, which enables prioritization.
Process: - Analyzing the current state = understanding of where we are and why - Building understanding around a common goal - Identifying the changes required in thought, knowledge, process, organisational structure and technology to reach that goal - Coaching of individuals, teams and leadership - Training of individuals and groups - Facilitation to bring in effectiveness of meetings, workshops, events - Building teams + the best possible start and maintenance to last
Training/coaching compositions I have built/taught.
1. Leadership academy 2. Agile academy for sw/non-sw teams 3. Team builder academy/Team lead academy 4. Methodology: kanban and scrum 5. On-site AND Remote Facilitation: how to make the most of meetings 6. Communication skills: how to map demand, build trust and listen 7. AI academy for decision makers etc.
Facilitation and structure lies behind many successes. Examples: - Strategy: from slides to action - Goals and success: how to reach them from the individual, team to department/organisation level - Cooperation across boundaries - Visibility into what is happening now and next etc.

Agile project lead
Avaus · Mar 2008 - Mar 2017
I started in 2008 as a Consultant. My first project took me to China and the world of Scrum, for a large software build challenge. I learned about agile and Scrum, about how to build the right things in the right way. In the last couple of years at Avaus marketing automation became the name of the game. In addition to learning about marketing automation, I was in charge of managing our own international teams. 3 teams in total in 2 different countries. How to build knowhow into new technology from scratch, how we work as teams both within the team and across teams. I was heading implementation and integration projects to enhance, improve or completely re-build the clients' marketing tactics and tools. I deal with everything from initial planning, resources to budgets and implementation. I also consult clients with their technical architecture, business, data and reporting requirements; everything from the big corporate level picture to the small details within the Salesforce Marketing cloud.
